Though honestly, I'd just treat Kelce as a WR in those formation and defend it like a typical 2 TE set with Bell in the 'Dunn' role and Gray as a conventional TE.
I hope we don't over-expose it because I don't think it's actually all that tough to counter if you get enough looks at it.

I haven't looked into it at all but I wonder if the offense's struggles over the last 3-4 weeks were just Andy experimenting with shit and working out the kinks against bad teams.
