There was another article written a couple months ago about this. Couple factoids:

KC is running 13 personnel about 10%-11% more than last year, about 38% in 2022.

KC is only running rushing plays out of 13P 3%-5% more than last year.

Opposing defenses are calling some version of the Fangio 6 a lot less against the Chiefs in general, but in particular against 13P. And there doesn't seem to be a consensus yet about what defense works best against this personnel grouping. Meaning, the league hasn't figured out yet exactly how to defend it.
