I got a charge on my facebook ads account for $3600 when I only did ads for around 5-600/month back then.

There is nowhere to call. None. You can send a message.

I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. I got a call the next day threatening to shut my business account down. I just told the person “about time I heard from someone about my problem!”.

Terribly run business.
