Since the Houston game, the first playoff game of the year (Browns; Steelers) has been one where the team came out firing and the offense has been crisp to start the game.

Yeah, I feel like 2018 & 2019 were nerves, especially the Texans game with all of the unforced errors.
I believe the Steelers game started with a few punts and maybe was just sluggish, but as they do so very often, once the Steelers scored, they promptly got it together.
