The fans of a great team have no need behave like this. It’s not like the Chiefs are going to be proven to be frauds if they lose to the Bills in the playoffs finallly. The Chiefs are the league’s most dominant team over the last 5 or so years but we act like the Chiefs are some 9-8 team that just lucked into everything.

Yeah, seems like people take it so personally, they have to excuse it as something completely out of the team's control, because there's just no way the team could ever lose on its own.

It's really okay if they lose, it doesn't look bad on anyone except maybe the players and coaches... and they'll still sleep at night with all of their money.

I miss the days when people just cried about holding calls in order to rationalize losses. Now the entire world is out to get them in grand conspiracies.
