It's his right ankle, so anything that takes his toe/foot and rotates it to the right (outward). Keep in mind that having his foot planted and having his knee pushed inward from the side or spinning/rotating his body to the left would cause the same torque.
Easy enough to avoid in real life, damn near impossible in football. He's going to have to be tough as shit.
