yeah, he clearly doesn't.

I just use it as a shorthand for skills.

FS - Rangy, ball oriented, possible single high.

SS - Compact, powerful, downhill safety who spends more time in the box.

S3 - A bit of a hybrid of the 2 above to allow you to be variable and difficult to diagnose.

I don't think Spags is married to any of the positions, but I do think he looks for those 3 basic complementary archetypes.
