It was an extreme example. Funny as shit though, at least if you were a Chief fan back then. That poor guy's helmet snapped back and forth like a hummingbird's wing between Neil Smith and Derrick Thomas. He probably should've just said '**** it,' and called a timeout.
But rookie LTs, screw it, rookies tend to get taken advantage of constantly in their first year. It's basically a rite of passage, and you're well aware of that. And OTs tend to get left on islands, do they not? Do we really want the protector of Mahomes' blindside to be a rook? A not top-10 pick rook? I'd rather that didn't happen, if I could choose.
