I think Duncan is a very good player but his arms aren’t long enough to be a 1st round tackle in an Andy Reid offense.
Your starting tackle situation is probably the biggest sin here. Duncan on one side and Niang on the other are two very large question marks.

Duncan arms measured 33 5/8”. Basically 34”. Which is plenty long.
I get the scare with Niang. I have the same. But he is a legit RT and is better than Wylie. He’s had over a year to get right with his knee. And Duncan fits our scheme with his athleticism and pass blocking skills.
I also agree with Land. Which is why I said he is brought in as a pass rush specialist. A gray counter piece to Karlaftis on the other side. He’d be Used in passing situations only until his strength gets better. And there is nothing wrong with that. Diaby was taken in the third round to be a future starter hopefully. Land is taken to get pressure. Let’s not over think it
