I was all about signing Brown to a big deal, but I've changed my mind about that.

This is going to cost at least a 1st round pick. Anyone that thinks we'd get him and not have to give up a first is delusional. Orlando Brown cost us a 1st. Tunsil is a legit top 3 LT. Texans have all the leverage, but honestly they are reeruned if they trade him. They need to get a QB and they need to protect that new QB. Why would they trade Tunsil, who has several more great years left.
Plus it's gonna cost a new contract and that contract is going to be a record breaker.
We don't need the best LT in the league. With how Patrick Mahomes plays QB we need a guy that is top 10-15 at the position. We don't need a large cap hit for the position.
Patrick Mahomes can make an average to good LT look great and that's all we need. That allows us to pay for game changing players and a LT for us isnt a game changing position.
No to Tunsil, but I bet they don't trade him anyway.
