With Shane Steichen as the Head Coach I wanted to go get Richardson to be his Jalen Hurts but the Colts owner like the Giants owner gets too involved and meets a nice young QB he thinks of as his son.

So with the 4th pick, in this 2023 Mock draft, the Indianapolis Colts select Will Levis, QB, Kentucky.
