Bengals, Chargers and Bills have yet to prove they can draft well enough to stay atop the AFC. The Chiefs have already proven they can win a SB while reloading, winning it with one of the youngest, home grown rosters in the league.
The Bills are about to face their first season under such circumstances and are already shedding some of their best players. TBD.
The Bengals and Chargers can stretch this window out 1-2 more seasons.
