Actually what the Williams fund brochure that came in the mail today states is:
Big 12 tourney $300
Final 4 plus above $2500
Regional plus above $10k
1st and 2nd plus above $50k
I think lower get offered some, but only guaranteed at those levels. I got decent big 12 seats and I only donate $100. But on top of above, you also pay for your tix. So these aren't your average fans.
