I felt the same way. It's a fine show but not outstanding. Red and Kitty are still great together though. I also thought the cast of kids started to gel better at the end of the first season.
Topher Grace just sliding back into the Eric role for first episode was so great. It was like he never left. Hope there is more of him in season 2.
