Sure looks to me like rounds 1 and 2 almost perfectly overlap with a mean that is virtually identical. Then rounds 2 and 3 overlap somewhat but with a substantially lower mean.
May not have been the case prior to 2010, but it sure appears to be the case now based on that 2nd graph.
EDIT: Unless you're talking about my later statement that all the rest can just be thrown in a hopper. Because that's fair - it does look like the 3rd round does present a substantially different animal than 3rd day picks do.
