I've only had one road rage incident where I actually got out of the car. It was lame then, and even lamer now that I think about it decades later. Some guy cut me off, I laid on the horn, birds were exchanged, and then he got out of his car and I got out of mine. We stood there yelling at each other while both our girlfriends were yelling at us to get our stupid asses back in our respective vehicles. Neither of us wanted to throw the first punch, so eventually we just got in our cars and left.
