Clark/Veach need to start paying them. And hire that former DAL cheerleader coach the Cowboys had 4-5 years ago. Obviously the whole idea that the quality of these cheerleaders was going to gradually improve as the team won Rings didn't and isn't going to work out. Go scorched earth, draft and develop this unit into the world-beaters they should be.
