BB and Brady were perfect complements. Brady/Reid wouldn't have had the same level of success, IMO.

I’m not so sure about that.
Andy had the late Jim Johnson as his DC and also had a young Spags, Rivera and McDermott on his staff.
Andy had some nice defenses and guys like Brian Dawkins, Hugh Douglas, Troy Vincent and Jeremiah Trotter.
Hard to say. I don’t think Tom makes a difference in the Bucs beat down in the NFFCG but obviously Andy would likely win the SB he lost having Tom and probably has a better shot at the close NFCCG losses to the Rams and Panthers that McNabb played horribly in.
I think we now know what Andy can do once he has that great QB by his side
