There are three in the running for the first college 3B off the board.
TCU's Brayden Taylor has a high floor offensive profile. He has a good hit tool and advanced offensive approach. Biggest concerns are his defense.
Wake Forest's Brock Wilken has been on a power tear this year. He has more raw power than Taylor, but comes with more risk because of his lower contact rate. Not the most agile defender, but has the arm for the position.
Miami's Yohandy Morales seems to be the most well-rounded of all three, as he is a hard-contact hitter with both glove skills and the plus arm. But in the latest mock I saw, he was the third 3B off the board behind Taylor and Wilken.
