That's not a bad little pickup.
Probably more insurance against Moore not making a leap than anything, but he had some quality games last year and, IMO, really suffered due to Daniel Jones being fairly shitty.
You're okay with him as a 3rd WR but you're in really nice shape if he's your 4.
