I still think Sherman is using Clay County and NKC as leverage to push Jackson County and KCMO to make a deal.

I do feel NKC would make a great location the Harlem area would be sandwiched between Heart of America and Buck O'Neil Bridge. It would be on the Mo River with a great view of Downtown.

The channel 9 and Chris Ketz broadcasting in front of the old NKC Bowl being torn down seemingly suggests that's the location. I would not be in favor too many railroad tracks converging into that turnaround.



Forget this above as the KC city limits extend north of the river and take in the Harlem area.
