Actually, I don't think that is fair at all. Moore was not a punt returner and the Chiefs needed him to step in and become one. He struggled with it during the season with those 3 muffs. Still, he kept working on it. And when the time came that the team needed him on the biggest stage, he stepped up big in the AFC Championship game and Superbowl in returning punts.
Also, he got better as a WR as the season progressed. Like a lot of rookies, his head was swimming. He talks like he knows the offense much better now and is not thinking so much as just reacting. That should make a big difference this year.
