Actually a lot of interesting quotes in there for once. Kind of seemed like they favored the downtown site because he talked about it so much, but he also clearly said they would "control" more of the entertainment dollar in Clay County.
Also had some interesting comments on the team too. Basically said they were fooling themselves on how good they were, and they asked him what's different from when Dayton was in charge. He mentioned the pitching development which we all know is different, but then he said this about the trade deadline which is really interesting.

That kind of discipline is, first of all, the willingness to take the risks — that’s different. And then the discipline not to chase — that’s just something you’ve got to have. That’s a business principle. I’ve been in business situations where you have to be willing to take risks, but you gotta know when to walk away. And I saw that and was very impressed by that. And that’s different than what I was seeing a year ago, two years ago.
