Elevated blood sugars can lead to high trigs. Get your A1c tested if you haven't. Are your other lipid levels normal?
Have you ever had pancreatitis? That is one thing to watch out for with TG elevation.
Fenofibrate or Vascepa are usually the first choices for therapy. Watch alcohol consumption.
