Have you ever had pancreatitis? That is one thing to watch out for with TG elevation.
Fenofibrate or Vascepa are usually the first choices for therapy. Watch alcohol consumption.

Haven't had A1c done but fasting glucose was good. Lipid levels are all good except for HDL is just slightly low.
Never had any type of issues with my pancreas. My TG levels are around 370 right now. They've hovered between 200 and 400 since I started having them tested 6-7 years back.
I don't drink any alcohol whatsoever.
What are the odds this is/has already done damage to my body?
