I had high Triglyceride's (230 mg/dL) back in 2021. Two years later and I'm now at 88 mg/dL. I don't think I did anything majorly different or at least didn't document a huge change in anything physically or through diet. I do eat more avocados lately.
The one thing I did change since my high Triglyceride test is that I tend to only eat in a 6 hour window period. It is a fasting term known as 6/18. It works for me but might not work for some. You could give the 6/18 a try and see if changes your test results.
