But you ultimately have to give zero ****s about where you sign to get that done. Jones can get $24-25 million anywhere in football. Wherever he wants to play, he can play.

But if he wants $30 million, he's gonna have a small pool of probably really shitty teams to choose from. Hock's in the same boat - try to get WR money if you want and you MIGHT find it somewhere. But you're gonna be playing for an also-ran who's rebuilding and has cap space to spend but nobody worth spending it on.
