My prediction if he signs:
5 year extension
$60m signing bonus
$95m guaranteed
$20m base this year (existing deal)
$8m base next year (y1 of ext)
$12m base y2
$15m base y3
$20m base y4
$25m base y5
Essentially a 3 year extension worth $95m (28m a year with this season included) with funny money at the back so his agents can save face. We either trade him or eat $12m in 27 and $12 in 28 for the privilege of having him play out his prime.
