That's not true. I said Chiefs should be willing to offer $27-$28 million AAV for extension years.
That got shouted down by the dipshits in the chiefs planet circle jerk that say it should not be more than $25 million AAV.
Looks like Chiefs have offered what I say is what they should offer. I thought it would be 3 new years with first 2 fully guaranteed, but still matches the AAV that I proposed that was harshly criticized by the circle jerk gang.
I say Chris Jones should show up and play. If he does not consider the extension offer acceptable, he should just get an insurance policy to replace pay lost to serious injury, play out his current deal and be a free agent next year and negotiate with all teams, or let the Chiefs tag him at $32.5 million.
This idea that players need extensions with one year left on deal because of injury risk is not true. Smart agents will realize that for some players the best thing to do is play out your current deal and get an insurance policy that will replace lost pay from serious injury.
That's weird how you guys scramble over each other to call me out.
Now you are defending the Chiefs offer that matches what I said it should be.
