Raw teams won’t want to give up picks and may not want a guy who can’t help them 3 years down the road.
That kind of puts him in no man’s land especially if it takes high picks to move him. And even tougher because there’s a gigantic difference between negotiating at 29 vs 30, which might be an understated reason why both sides are firmly standing their ground.

If it comes with draft picks, no there's probably not a deal out there.
If it were nothing but cash? Yeah, a team would probably do that.
