A) no it isn't. Because again - you're not at the LOS at that camera angle. We're talking 4-6 inches at most and I'm not certain that's the case when you do it at increments to account for the slight off LOS angle.

You gonna be okay if they start throwing a flag any time McDuffie slaps a WRs hands as he's running? By the strict letter of the rule, that's illegal contact. And McDuffie has been doing it since he was in high school - the same as EVERY DB is taught to do.

Again - this is being selectively enforced - at best. And the fact that you're cool shrugging and moving along is bizarre to me.
