You can watch the replay and see it takes no more than 3 seconds from the time Sauce makes the hold in question to the time the ref clutches the flag. It's clear as day. He double-clutches because he's trying not to hit a player, but the flag is in his hand before the interception is made.
People are actually arguing that because the ref took ALL OF THREE SECONDS to grab the flag, it's suspicious and he clearly wanted to help the Chiefs win.
The ref could have taken 10 seconds and it would still be the correct call.

My feeling is the Jets should have been called for this stuff earlier in the game. Collinsworth confirmed that they were mugging Chiefs receivers and getting away with it. Same thing with the Eagles in the Super Bowl. The calls at the end were not wrong. Letting them get away with that stuff earlier in the game was wrong, and probably had a large impact on the score.
