He was Mahomes' stablemate and many so called "media analysts" considered him the most "pro ready" prospect. Kizer was a big, mobile guy with a huge arm who ran an NFL-style system at Notre Dame.
But, mentally, he wasn't anywhere close to Mahomes. That's what people underestimate about Patrick They ooooh and ahhhhh over his off platform throws, broken plays, and cannon arm. But they don't often mention his processing speed, field vision, and maturity.
Caleb Williams is physically gifted, but can he process like Mahomes?
I don't think fans can know until we see him on an NFL field.
