Didn't see the game, but in the box score it sure looks like Caleb Williams had a great day but his team gave up 52 points. Is the issue purely that it's a bad look for him to climb into the stands and cry with his mom after being awesome all day? Other than offending the tough guy instincts of my generation and older, the main takeaway is probably that he cares that deeply about losing in spite of having a great day personally. Honestly it's a little cringey for me to watch, but if my NFL team is currently without a top-tier elite QB I would happily overlook it.
