As far as the Oline goes, the vast majority of Bengals fans put the blame on Frank Pollack. He's also the run game coordinator. He doesn't appear to be a very good coach. /sarcastic understatement
Inhereted a bunch of All Pros in Dallas, that's where most of his rep comes from (what little he has), but has done nothing with anyone at any time since then.
