So, I've never lived in Nam, but I have been there numerous times on business. It's a bit too archaic for my liking. Infrastructure is poor. If you happen to get sick, the healthcare is hideous. Thailand has the best healthcare system in SE Asia for sure. I'd look at Thailand, if it's truly between those 2 locations.
