I want to see Sneed get paid. But I don't think that he's going to have trouble taking care of his family if he gets $10M per year instead of $18M per year. But if we pay him $18M, who is going to have to lose their job because there's not enough money left?

He's a 4th round pick, who' has played on a cheap contract for 4 years.
He should get the most money he can in the next contract, it may be his only time to cash in.
It's not his job to determine who gets paid and who doesn't, that's the GM.
