So my screen says Welcome. Bienvenido. Bienvenue and it's stuck on that so I can't watch any ****ing TV . I tried rebooting it myself but that didn't work so I called the Tech guy service he tried rebooting it on their end and still didn't ****ing work. So he can send out a cable guy Wednesday between 1:30 and 3. That doesn't do me any ****ing good to watch the game tonight.

I can go out and watch the game but whats the point to have cable if this bullshit happens.
