Internationally, you're going to have some countries that are both wealthy and small, like Andorra or Liechtenstein. They'd be tough from a hiring perspective. On a per-capita basis, culturally conservative countries would be tough, like Iran or Afghanistan. But those countries are also poor, so money talks. What's a culturally conservative country that doesn't have much poverty? I can't come up with one off the top of my head. Maybe Israel? Or are we talking about some place like Poland or Italy?
