Isn't it nuts how an ounce of charisma can be a substitute for pounds of brain matter... and how much further some people get confidently talking bullshit compared to those who just state the truth and move on?
I've interviewed people with 5 page resumes who haven't done jack shit but sure love to talk buzzword bingo at you while they sidestep every question.
IT fortunately doesn't often lie in that regard, except project managers and of course the non-IT IT like sales.
