I mean, his team was 6-4, hot on the trails of 7-4 with probably the weakest remaining schedule in the league. Plus they just fired their OC before this game.

Pickett is ass but there’s too much riding on each NFL game to excuse this sort of behavior.
I don’t know why tomlin gets so much credit for being a coach to problematic players. It’s a weird form of praise. Either he has a habit of recruiting awful locker room guys or he has a habit of turning offense players into uncontrollable divas. It’s probably a bit of both
