I have a 401K (retirement account) for years that was rolled. Still even have stock in it from my 3 1/2 year at Amazon.

Your birthday is in June, isn't it? Since you said you got that healthcare for free throughout the pandemic, it sounds like you were/are on Medicaid. That is how you get healthcare with no cost...the states are now required to unwind continuous, automatic Medicaid enrollment (they couldn't drop anyone from their rolls during the public health emergency) which is why your health insurance is getting dropped.
