Regarding remote work, unfortunately most of your options will be customer facing via over the telephone unless you have some sort of degree or “in” that gets you into a position where you’re working on “software” or other things that require meetings and individual work.. I hope you find something though but I myself had to start customer facing without having any office work prior to applying. If you do customer facing and work hard though you should be able to move up depending on the field, but I’m health care so who knows.
