Not a chance in hell that Legette runs anything near a 4.29. Reaching a top speed doesn't necessarily mean he can keep that speed over 40 yards. He looks low 4.4 and might flirt with high 4.3s. He was the recipient of manufactured and forced touches early this year after doing jack and shit for 4 years. Honestly, I'm a bit more than concerned the kid hit the juice. I'm just not on that train, not even a little bit. I do get the hype but NFL scouts better seriously vet the issues surrounding those first 4 seasons and why the explosion because they don't add up. Let's be real here... 42 catches for 423 yards and 5 TDs over 4 seasons combined, then he is all of a sudden 15 pounds bigger, runs like a deer, and becomes a star? You do the math.
Worthy is worthy of discussion though, but he might be a bit overrated.
