How they play these games (or even whether they win or lose these games) doesn't matter too much to me at this point. I'm concerned only to the point that this team's propensity to coast for long periods reflects a lack of depth.
Similar to last year, a lack of depth can be enough to bite a team like this if they run into a team in the tournament that fouls a ton. What happens if McCullar gets in foul trouble? Or any of the big 4?
Timberlake looked playable today (for the first time all season?), but it was against a bunch of non-athletic Yale guys playing a style of basketball reminiscent of the game 30+ years ago. They need a lot more out of Elmarko/Furphy/McDowell in the 2nd half of the season.
