If our down years are going to consist of a playoff appearance and a division championship, I suppose I can take one every now and then. My only fear is that this year has broken Mahomes. I could not provide an honest explanation to family members why he would not throw the ball over 10 yards today. It’s like after he threw that pick, he lost his nerve.
