Mediocre team wins their Super Bowl and exorcised a demon; yay for them. Meanwhile the Chiefs will do what they do by addressing weaknesses and deficiencies in the off season and return in 2024 as legitimate contenders.
The raiders have historically taken a scattershot approach by throwing darts at a board hoping they hit bullseye with both coaching hires and draft picks, primarily because their owner chases shiny objects. Mental disorders are largely genetic, and Marc is nearly as unstable as his father (which will only get worse). They’ll never be a serious contender and will at best be annoying because the Chiefs will always be their brass ring.

The Chiefs hit a pothole this year for a multitude of reasons. If past reflects future, one team will boringly and dependably return to top form and the other will bang pots and pans but have little to show for it.
