With Bernard out (he's not going to play; if he does he'll suck) and their 3rd safety also out, one would expect them to really struggle on the intermediate stuff. Not being able to play a heavy nickel means they'll either have to play straight nickel to address Kelce (leaving us with an advantage in the run game) or base, in which case Kelce feasts.

I still think the plan has to be what Denver did against us. Basic zone looks, Cover-2 shit that gives us underneath and you play nickel. Force Andy to beat you with the run and Mahomes to be patient in the passing game. Keep your safeties ready to come downhill on anything caught in front of them, make the Chiefs execute 12 play drives and then work the clock on offense with Cook and Kincaid.

Make it a 9 possession ballgame and hope you get the bounce or two that gives you the advantage.

And honestly I really don't see ANY other option for them. From my chair, that's what they absolutely have to do.
