It'll be my second time there. Last time I took Amtrak from NYC Penn Station to Baltimore Penn Station and then got a ride from there to around the stadium (and I did the reverse that evening after the game). Wasn't too difficult.

Look at Amtrak trains going from WAS (Washington Union Station ) to BAL (Baltimore Penn Station), then take an Uber to/from Penn Station. Recommend setting your Uber pickup/dropoff point at the “Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor” - when you arrive from Baltimore Penn, the walk from the hotel will take you down Eutaw Street through the Orioles baseball stadium - this design was was set the foundation for all modern baseball parks. At the end of Eutaw Street is the start of Ravenswalk. After the game, walking back up Ravenswalk and through Eutaw Street gets you past the cluster**** of a crowd leaving the game and is a more direct shot back to Baltimore Penn.
