My guess is the homeowner sold or let them have some drugs not realizing they were fentanyl laced (which most are) and moved out immediately and lawyered up to try and protect his ass.
The autopsy and blood results will be very interesting on this case. It is possible however one of them pulled out the drugs and the owner was asleep already or said you ain’t doin that shit in my house and they went out back. Will be interesting to see how it pans out unless these guy are not the same three guys then it has to be aliens.

Oh, I don’t think the homeowner lawyered up immediately.
No good defense attorney would advise that kind of shady delay.
My guess is there are incriminating text messages re the blow and he’s ****ed.
Taking hammers to their phones might have been the best option.
